已有一段時間沒有做facial,皆因太懶,唔想千里迢迢出去銅鑼灣,但見到自己的皮膚越來越差…..今日決定扚起心肝。難得出開銅鑼灣,當然要逛街兼食餐好。血拼之前先醫肚,來到全憧都係食肆的澳門逸園中心,揀了這間主打串燒的居酒屋。店子門面和內裏裝潢挺有特色,吧枱位置上擺放了不同種類的日本酒,四處掛上日式門布、貼了日式海報等等,設計成一間居酒屋,富有心思。右邊是 “L” 字的吧枱連師傅們工作區;右邊設有多張二至四人枱,整齊企理。午巿供應A至M共十三款定食,每款均配有前菜、茶碗蒸和吸物,而價錢則由$78-$268。******************************不用久等,一次過上齊三款配菜,先嚐茶碗蒸,暖笠笠上枱,陣陣蛋香。雞蛋蒸得挺滑溜,配上少許海鮮粒,調味合宜。蜆肉麵豉湯熱辣辣, 內有爽滑的昆布和滑溜的豆腐粒,還有一隻鮮甜的蜆仔。呷一口,味道剛好, 正合我口味。前菜有三款選擇,我揀了胡麻秋葵。秋葵保持翠綠脆嫩,配上香濃的胡麻醬,兩者是最佳拍檔,可惜份量略為少,唔夠喉添!******************************店子主打串燒,當然不能錯過,就揀印有「大人氣」的極尚

店子主打串燒,當然不能錯過,就揀印有「大人氣」的極尚6本 Signature 6 kinds assorted ($268)配一碗白飯(指定少飯) 。六款包有鵝肝、露荀豬肉卷、鹽燒牛肉、銀鱈魚、薩摩雞翼一夜干和冬菇,但由於唔食內臟,故剔走鵝肝,免得浪費。

即燒即上枱,熱辣辣。魚痴當然先食銀鱈魚,四周都燒得金黃,魚皮香脆可口,鹹香滋味,正!潔白的魚肉並沒有散爛,肉質鮮嫩,油脂中等,調味剛好,鹹鮮有至,不失魚香。

還有一串三卷的露荀豬肉卷,薄身的豬肉片燒得金黃香口,帶些油潤甘香的肥膏,肥瘦合宜,不會太過肥膩,加上中間捲着鮮嫩爽口的露筍段,以清新的味道中和豬肉的鹹香和油份,配搭合宜。

最後是薩摩雞翼一夜干,外表燒至金黃色,當相靚仔!雞皮香脆可口,又有雞油香,連平時少食雞皮的我都忍唔住…肉嫩鹹香,用來佐白飯一流。
