To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

石門新開日式一人燒肉，日日都都好多人排隊，今日咁啱老公喺附近做野，我地選擇Lunch time 尾段時間去，以為冇乜人，點知都係要排，不過唔係等好耐。呢間店主打1個人也可以enjoy 燒肉，好細心咁分左肉嘅份量，女士們可以選擇份量較少嘅，價錢亦會平啲。至於飯都可以選擇份量，不過無論飯多定少，價錢都係一樣。可能新開嘅關係，店內雖然不大，但乾淨，冷氣勁強，怕凍人士要注意😅我地叫了一個牛五花set，肉300g，飯300g，泡菜，湯，共$108。另外一個係牛五花，牛舌同封門柳250g，飯300g，泡菜，湯，共$138。牛五花同牛舌質素尚可，封門柳肉厚味濃😋，好好味。值得一提的是呢度不收現金，只收手機支付。
