Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一個人食乜好，行入大家食，當大家陪我一齊食其實佢既手攪麵的確做得幾岀色，而且湯底絕對有水凖，有時個人覺得佢仲好食過乜哥乜仔果d米線，麵質彈牙湯底又夠火喉，平時我就食開酸辣肥牛小鍋米線既，今次轉下口味試下個茄蛋牛肉手攪麵先。用料十足，湯底濃郁，又有洋蔥，個湯想唔甜都難，牛肉嫩滑唔係象根牛，落足番茄夠酸多味，同埋都好大碗下嫁，叫多左個餃子做餸19蚊有5隻算係咁啦，餃子個皮好薄，入面韮菜多，肉少d,所以咬落鬆散，無乜口感，但味道唔錯！
