Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

要認真講吓佢嘅燒法 因為一直以嚟我都係冇掌握到燒嘅重點


正確做法;
先將牛舌對摺 好似福袋咁包實由香蔥、鹽、洋蔥
等調味製成嘅鹽蔥醬
之後再將兩邊燒至金黃色 大約3-4分鐘
務求喺翻轉嘅過程 確保鹽蔥醬能夠鎖緊於牛舌內


只要做到以上幾點 保證你塊牛舌會有種爆汁嘅感覺
而爽中帶嫩嘅質感 加上肉汁同鹽蔥醬後
食起嚟更加係超級惹味
整體配搭得完美
能夠𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭到有多種層次喺口腔裡邊爆發 相當有驚喜
