To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 細個屋企樓下有大家樂所以成日幫襯,嗰時最鍾意就係食一哥焗豬扒飯!而家搬咗,同朋友出街食飯亦都唔會去食大家樂,所以都好耐好耐冇食過。上個禮拜出開中環,lunch時間度度都排隊,於是就走咗入去大家樂食回憶中好好味嘅焗豬。好可惜已經食唔返細個嘅味道🙁首先啲飯好乾,有啲乾到一粒粒會”銀”親啲牙,然後個炒飯底無乜蛋香,細個嘅時候個飯底係黃色㗎,今次個飯白雪雪,唔仔細睇都唔見有雞蛋☹️啲豬扒又好鹹喎,係得個可樂冇變過。

首先啲飯好乾,
有啲乾到一粒粒會”銀”親啲牙,
然後個炒飯底無乜蛋香,
細個嘅時候個飯底係黃色㗎,
今次個飯白雪雪,
唔仔細睇都唔見有雞蛋☹️
啲豬扒又好鹹喎,
係得個可樂冇變過。
