To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

譚仔三哥新出嘅酸辣魚片米線，我食過一定會翻炒💪🏻酸辣魚片米線 $39雖然我唔係好食得辣，但我鍾意挑戰自己，最簡單就由酸辣開始😂上次同朋友食酸菜魚都食到流眼淚，今朝食譚仔三哥呢款米線，刺激得黎唔會太辣，越食越開胃。我亦都中意食魚，譚仔三哥既魚片份量多，有5-6塊，食落嫩滑又爽，不過要小心咀嚼，因為可能有魚骨。另外，三哥好貼心，會將酸菜另上，客人可以自己按自己喜好加入米線。蒜燒茄子 $16茄子同香蒜份量多，加上譚仔秘製辣油😋好味夠姜瑪莉 +$11呢杯特飲有驚喜，梳打加上細細既薑碎，又加入左寒天，好有咬感，喜歡薑既您千祈唔好錯過☺️👍
