堅信號生煎包其實真係久仰大名啦~未幫襯之前己經聽聞老闆好多情史,令人津津樂道!開咗咁耐先幫襯,係因為好少食嘀娛樂圈人轉型開嘅食市,可能係偏見,成日形住會靠名氣,唔夠專業咁,有少少中途出家嘅感覺⋯但聽聞話幾好食,有次叫外賣見到,不如試下啦!老實講,我好怕食老一代個種舊式小籠包,個皮好粗好厚,但呢間小籠包我覺得拍得住樂天皇朝果隻!個皮夠薄,又多湯汁,我當日重有叫招牌生煎包,但個生煎包唔知係咪外賣,嘀汁索哂入個包度,冇小籠包咁好食同我好鐘意叫鎮江骨菜飯,因為嘀汁酸酸甜甜好送飯,菜飯自己又覺得懶健康咁,佢個味其實係可以嘅,如果個骨淋多少少,再俾多嘀汁就更加好嘞~個蒜泥白肉不過不失,我覺得講明白肉係要有肥膏,但如果肥膏比例咁高,我見意可以片薄嘀做得精緻嘀有一次見佢旺角開咗分店,試下堂食,雖然嘀呀姐好似譚仔呀姐咁鬼馬,但嘀野真係完全兩樣野!個小籠包就係之前講果種,好老派,厚厚嚡嚡果種,唔知佢係代理咗個名,用返自由師傅定點!但可以肯定佢地冇中央處理啦!因爲我之後重敢叫多次外賣,佢深水埗間店同第一次一樣,所以我唔會食佢第二間㗎啦!哈哈
