To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一食就知道佢碟豉油皇鵝腸選用嘅鵝腸質素極高,一來食到有鵝油嘅香味,二來佢個彈性同埋煙韌度,真係好味道。唔好睇呢個鐵板白胡椒煎魚卜嘅賣相麻麻,食落好有驚喜,出面常見嘅魚卜煮法都只係薑蔥,用白胡椒煎真係比例少,而且又真係幾好食。酥炸生蠔用嘅生蠔都幾肥美,而且外面D炸皮都真係夠酥夠鬆化。集眾招牌雞唔肥而且雞味濃,肉質鮮嫩,呢一碟係半隻嘅份量,仲有埋雞膶雞腎雞心雞腸,真係正。籠仔甜梅菜蒸菜芯個重點就係D菜芯要同D甜梅菜一齊食,咁樣先至食到佢嘅精髓。豆酥蒸蟶子都好正,D蟶子剛剛熟所以好鮮嫩,配豆酥就味道濃少少不過都幾夾。金銀蛋菠菜苗都好食,當然比起上面嗰D就會變得普通咗D。
