一抹漂亮的綠,吃在口中,甘甘苦苦。宇治政小山園出品的抹茶配3.6牛乳,製作出這我認為是全港最美味的抹茶雪糕,置於室溫10-15分鐘,質感由冰感變得軟滑,抹茶味極香濃,奶味柔和,甘苦中取得和諧的平衡,吃完茶香仍在口腔縈繞不散,是能媲美辻利的抹茶雪糕。原來茶葉由日本茶葉商老闆所出,雪糕交由milktop製作,難怪質感頗像milktop的出品,但茶味絕對更濃。不過85ml太少了,令人意猶未盡。><
