聽講佢地嘅wagyu Sando都好食,於是黎試下。雖然係日本餐,但整體感覺好西餐下,佢地係得一個set,唔使揀😂1. 海膽魚子醬,用天婦羅紫蘇葉做底,因為炸過,紫蘇葉味冇咁濃,海膽好甜有小小甘,我比較仲意呢種海膽,同魚子醬都好夾,第一道就咁豪華😋2.刺身好新鮮,都係季節性,特別個金目鯛好好味。3. 汁煮鮑魚,好lum入味,下面個底係意粉米,索佐啲汁,正。4. Wagyu Sando今次為佐食呢個而黎,確實係好食完全冇筋,又唔會太油,個面包唔會索佐油lum 佐。5. 煎和牛粒,都好好食,黑色粒粒唔記得咩黎,但我好仲意。6.和牛shabushabu,專人係你面前煮俾你睇,好味,個湯底好鮮甜,雖然好飽仲,但都飲曬。最後係當季嘅生果,好甜多汁😋
