To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

芫茜山竹素牛肉丸用咗 Beyond Meat 嘅素牛肉,味道同外觀都勁似鮮牛肉造嘅肉丸,牛味好濃郁。能夠用一啲現成素肉做到個肉丸咁精緻同高級,不得不佩服廚師嘅創意同功夫。👨🏻‍🍳

三款素餃分別係南乳素齋餃(甘筍皮),雜菌洋蔥餃(上海皮),同素菜餃(菠菜皮),都冇蛋奶成份。我最鍾意南乳素齋餃,咁細嘅餃子入面當然唔會有平時南乳粗齋嘅材料,餡料係粟米同雲耳,肉眼見唔到有南乳,但非常離奇地一入口就成個南乳齋嘅味覺出哂嚟,究竟係點做到嘅呢?😂

雜菌洋蔥餃嘅洋蔥味都好濃好有特色,素菜餃就比較接近我哋平時食到嘅素餃,餡料以菜為主。🥬

如果肉食嘅鮮味來自肉類,咁素食嘅鮮味當然來自菇菌啦。呢個套餐精選咗好多新鮮同高級嘅菇菌類,包括日本黑松茸菇,福建白玉木耳,新鮮雲南野生牛肝菌同姬松茸,仲有羊肚菌。我嘅最愛係黑松茸菇同姬松茸,因為味道勁濃郁,而牛肝菌我第一次打邊爐食,估唔到鮮味之餘,仲要係入口溶化㗎。👅

豆腐類亦都係非常精彩,你諗到嘅有,諗唔到嘅都有 😆。山水豆腐,蜂巢冰豆腐,炸支竹當然唔少得,最驚喜嘅係潮州五香豆腐,有少少似鹵水豆腐,本身已經有味,放湯淥一陣已經好好食。生根嘅 fans 呢個套餐可以揀迷你生根,過到癮之餘仲可以留肚食其他嘢,非常欣賞佢哋嘅心思。👍🏻

粉麵類可選生麵(蛋麵),伊麵,油炸鬼,龍口粉絲,米粉。生麵本身已經煮好,淥番熱就食得喇。油炸鬼可以就咁食,識食嘅梗係淥兩吓索少少湯,襯佢仲脆放入口食啦。😜
