To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我想知道不獲批核的原因是什麼?!請詳細說明!!!星期日中午一行七人上到去,得兩、三檯客。我地開左位之後見點心套餐唔錯,打算叫個 4 人點心套餐再加兩、三個小菜。點知waitress告知星期日無點心套餐 (但餐牌無寫星期日無點心)。甘我地見小菜套餐唔太吸引,就打算散叫算喇。我地六個女仔一個男仔,叫左三個小菜一個炒飯加一個炒麵,打算唔夠食先再叫。點知點完菜五分鐘之後一個應該係經理既男人走埋黎話七個人一定要叫行政人員午市套餐,即係每人要叫一個小菜,會跟湯、飯同甜品。我地問:點解 menu 無寫?但經理無答我地!跟住經理走過隔離檯講同樣說話 (隔離檯我地識既),隔離檯有幾個人前一日中午先黎食過,再之前都食過一次,但都無 minimum charge 呢回事!隔離檯問:menu 又無寫,我地之前食過兩次都無 minimum charge,點解今日要呢?經理答:如果係其他同事比優惠你地我就唔知點解,不過我地係有呢個 minimum charge 既規矩。隔離檯再問:甘你地做法唔可以甘 inconsistent 架嘛!同埋你規矩寫向邊呀?經理無答。向呢個時候,我地就決定走人!唔係因為價錢問題,問題係

經理答:如果係其他同事比優惠你地我就唔知點解,不過我地係有呢個 minimum charge 既規矩。
隔離檯再問:甘你地做法唔可以甘 inconsistent 架嘛!同埋你規矩寫向邊呀?

經理無答。

向呢個時候,我地就決定走人!
唔係因為價錢問題,問題係:
1) 七個人食七碟小菜點食呀?七個大男人都未必得啦,更何況我地六個女一個男?!
2) 你要收 minimum charge 無問題,但你應該寫清楚,或落單前講聲,如果你有講/有寫而我接受就會落單。但你無寫/講清楚,等我地叫左野先講就唔 okay 羅!
3) 就算你餐廳真係有 minimum charge policy,但之前食過都無收,甘點解今日要收先?就算你話係之前同事優惠左我地,甘都係你餐廳問題,唔係個客有問題呀!個經理由頭到尾無講"唔好意思",仲要態度串串貢甘!今時今日甘既服務態度真係唔可以接受!

by the way,呢間係"旅遊發展局優質服務計劃"餐廳,但呢 d 甘既服務態度同對客手法實在係卑劣羅!!!

由於 openrice 說我寫的評論包含了嚴重的投訴,要我確認我寫的都是真的,所以我再加一些時候跟進的情況:

由於這餐廳參加了旅遊發展局的優質旅遊服務計劃,我在當天離開餐廳後離開向旅遊發展局提出投訴。
旅遊發展局已經跟進了我的投訴,餐廳表示已經向員工說明了餐廳沒有最低消費,餐廳同時提出送我$100 coupon 讓我再次光顧他們!
不過我沒有接受餐廳的 offer,因為我不會再去幫襯他們了!
