To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 大年初一去完天壇大佛行大運之後就去咗東薈城覓食🤓因為新年嘅關係每一間餐廳都好多人咁岩food court又冇開，見到一風堂門口唔算好多人，拎咗籌之後等兩張枱左右就入得～🔺白丸拉麵白丸拉麵麵質可以但係湯底偏鹹食完之後好口渴🥲喺味道上面唔算得上話好食有啲似平時自己用調味料煮嘅味 🫢叫咗兩碗白丸拉麵不過個叉燒分別叫咗兩款炙燒個款味道都唔錯🤪🔺赤丸拉麵赤丸拉麵基本上整體嘅質素同白丸拉麵差唔多😂不過係多咗少少辣味🌶但係唔會話真係好辣🔺鰻魚飯鰻魚飯同平時其他餐廳嘅賣相比較Hea 就好似白飯上面就咁擺條鰻魚咁🤣味道都正正常常🔺一風堂餃子🥟餃子味道正正常常上面會有啲薑蓉同埋蔥，餃子嘅size偏細，皮薄餡少，外皮冇話煎到好脆 🙈整體嘅食物質素》食得落肚但唔稱得上係好食🥹同埋上菜嘅時間偏慢，等咗差唔多15到20分鐘先有得食🥲咁多個同行嘅友人都覺得呢間餐廳麻麻哋🫣

白丸拉麵麵質可以但係湯底偏鹹食完之後好口渴🥲喺味道上面唔算得上話好食有啲似平時自己用調味料煮嘅味 🫢叫咗兩碗白丸拉麵不過個叉燒分別叫咗兩款炙燒個款味道都唔錯🤪

赤丸拉麵基本上整體嘅質素同白丸拉麵差唔多😂不過係多咗少少辣味🌶但係唔會話真係好辣

鰻魚飯同平時其他餐廳嘅賣相比較Hea 就好似白飯上面就咁擺條鰻魚咁🤣味道都正正常常

餃子味道正正常常上面會有啲薑蓉同埋蔥，餃子嘅size偏細，皮薄餡少，外皮冇話煎到好脆 🙈
