To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一般香港一風堂水準

只係將原本嗰間一風堂，由大間轉細間，由有人落單轉為自助。門口部落單機係今次吸引我入去嘅原因，因為想攞番去日本食拉麵嘅感覺。不過結果我都係坐入去用二維碼落單。但用二維碼就要用手機比埋錢先，如果只有八達通但無八達通apps的人，也要出門口用番嗰部機。食物質素：塊肉厚過紙少少。啲麵有啲硬（唔係好覺個落單介面有得選軟硬度）。個湯底同以前一風堂一樣，算合格。麵嘅份量好少，食完似無食過。塊肉都唔係大。唯一令人有飽肚感係隻雞蛋，無開邊，原隻上，都幾糖心下，算幾好。比起以前，枱頭嘅芝麻及其他配套無左。不過而家唔使收加一，都好！如果周圍好多人排隊食飯，都可能會去多次呢間嘅！
