To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好多好多年前嘅稻香一蚊雞,又返返嚟,真要去感受吓!呢間酒樓超級大好快就有位,六個人可以嗌咗三隻雞,想嗌埋個$28鮑魚燉湯,7:20已經冇晒,😭失望。一蚊雞,講明要等45分鐘才上枱,我哋等咗一個小時好失望,既然係KFC嘅雞,主打多人叫,點解唔可以上菜快啲,要客人等一個鐘,簡直係浪費全部人包括㕑房同翻枱嘅時間。其他叫嘅菜式,除咗個羊腩煲正正常常,入味值得吃外,其他全部都唔得,龍蝦伊麵可稱為縮水版,蒜蓉蒸蝦上枱時啲蝦亂七八糟,蟹肉扒雙蔬無任何味道!其實所有嘢都係冇味,但一蚊雞就好鹹!最後想講成個大廳得三個職員招呼,請唔到人真係好慘!
