老婆突然想食打冷,原來去教育路的潮洲菜館食,不過又想試新野,上openrice找其它,找到呢間鋪,見食評唔差,就去試。去到鋪頭,約8:00,見一個人都冇,心想冇人,應該有問題,不過專程來到,見到鋪頭出面又有Michelin一星,於是一入去。叫左鹵水鵝翼、潮洲炸豆腐和炒面。先講鹵水鵝翼,得一個字『鹹』到七彩,粿條(潮洲何粉)就多『油』冇料,最後得一個潮洲炸豆腐叫正常,不過唔算好食,作為一個潮洲人,第一次因難食,出post,好心老闆自己試下其它鋪的潮洲,免得人地覺得潮洲菜今難食
