To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係IG見到有人推個尖椒蠔仔蛋飯，聽個名都覺得非常之吸引嘅配撘，原來係屯門碼頭屹立多年嘅寶島，所以諗住過黎一試。分別叫左個尖椒蠔仔蛋飯（$53）同埋雞扒鰻魚丼飯（$78）雞扒鰻魚味道唔錯，雞肉幾嫩滑👌但我好期待嘅尖椒蠔仔蛋飯就有少少失望🤏🏽因為啲尖椒唔辣，似青椒多啲….蠔仔同蛋都無咩味，味道偏淡。份量適中嘅，但燒汁唔算多，食到下面有啲乾，所以食唔曬啲飯🙂啲白飯就ok ge, 唔會係好硬，但都唔似珍珠米🍚
