To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前已經同大家分享過 @big_grains 嘅麵包🥖今次一心來試下bagels🥯點之太早到原來要10點後先有☹️但好好彩撞正牛角包新鮮出爐🥐完全可以話係made my day🤩新鮮出爐仲熱熱地嘅麵包真係無得輸🤪牛角包顏色金黃口感超級鬆軟又酥脆💯每一啖都會食到勁濃嘅牛油香😍係真正嘅外脆內軟💯.i love love love love love @big_grains ‘s breads 😍 i wanted to try their bagels but i went too early ☹️ fortunately, i got to try their croissant FRESH! having it fresh just made it thousand times better 😅 it really made my day! i really love how the layers are well defined & super buttery 😍 it has everything i look for in a croissant 🥐.what did i ord
