一入到去, 餐廳店員們非常有禮貌, 因為我地話第一次食磯燒, 店員仲好細心推介同埋講解比我地聽, 而家好少餐廳會咁貼心啊~~~

點完餐, 店員話而家點一個”盛合”set就可以免費玩 ”一手蜆”, 玩法係帶住手套一手拿到幾多蜆, 就可以免費食幾多, 餐廳真係好有花思啊~~ (以為我老公手大抓得多d,不過勁搧手,得13只,結果用左黎整清酒煮蜆,都幾好!).

Sake
講得週年紀念又點可以無酒呢?食日本野一定要配靚清酒, 店長話佢地d清酒唔錯,recommend我地試”文佳人”,咁我地就點左支700ml來飲! 店長話呢支酒凍飲一流,飲第一啖已經覺得酒清而味濃, 有好重既果香, 好醇好甜, 真係超正! 講真飲咁多次sake真係最正呢支!

既然有靚sake,又點可以無下酒物呢! 所以點左個牛舌鋤燒, 燒得好香, 店長話上台要即食,
咁先食到牛舌既滑同爽, 牛舌面配埋蔥花同炸蒜,牛味更加濃, 送酒一絕!

其實店長點餐果陣問我地想食乜野海鮮,
我想食龍蝦, 老公話想食燒蠔! 所以店長執左盤海鮮俾我地睇下,建議我地揀個盛合set, 有晒唔同既海鮮,每款都可以按我地意思去整 (當然店長會推介點整先最好食啦)!   咁我地就決定叫呢個set, 坐定定好快有得食 (p.s. 全部海鮮都好新鮮, 隻龍蝦中係度郁緊, 好期待呀~~)

首先係龍蝦刺身
賣相好靚, 師傅好刀功, 片片都好薄, 晶瑩剔透, 放入口感受到又鮮又甜, 上面加左蟹子, 令味道更加提升.

龍蝦頭濱燒配餅干
咁大隻龍蝦, 當然唔會得刺身咁簡單啦! 食完刺身之後, 師傅話做個龍蝦兩食! 龍蝦頭刮晒蝦頭d肉同膏出黎, 再撈埋麵豉醬釀入個蝦頭度, 蝦頭連蝦鬚一齊燒! 師傅一路燒,我地係旁邊聞到都覺得超香! 
但最估唔到既係, 燒完既龍蝦頭竟然係配埋梳打餅一齊食! 燒過既蝦膏同蝦肉搽係梳打餅上面, 估唔到陣味咁夾,  真係好梳干, 果種滿足真係不得之了~~ 再飲返啖sake, 真係無得輸!~~

磯煮鮑魚
舊鮑魚好大隻又厚身, 望落去好似好硬咁, 點知一咬落去不知幾淋, 又爽口彈牙, 好入味! 我個鐘意煮野食既老公忍唔著偷師問點整, 師傅話”磯煮”即係要先炆45min,然後再用日式豉油去浸! 唔怪之得鮑魚咁甜咁入味, 但肉質仲咁嫩啦

好簡單一句講晒! 隻蠔勁………大隻! 好creamyyyyy…一啖咬落去果種飽滿感, 真係好滿足! 配埋sake,

牛油黑松露活帆立貝濱燒
燒帆立貝唔係第一次食, 但燒活帆立貝真係除左係日本食過之外, 都無係香港食過! 講返呢碟帆立貝濱燒, 一向就咁燒來食, 不過師傅建議配黑松露同牛油去燒, 咁帆立貝既味可以更加豐富, 而且唔會帶走本身既鮮甜!  Umm…一試難望, 帆立貝好大粒, 燒完外脆內鮮, 配埋黑松露更加香口!

赤蝦經浜燒後蝦肉依然鮮甜彈牙! 

清酒煮蜆 (遊戲: 一手蜆)
我地只係一手拿到13隻, 哈哈~ 用左黎清酒煮,
每一粒蜆都充滿左清酒, 又香又好味. 

最後係甜品: 柚子雪葩
餐廳一d都唔求其, 選用左呢個日本空運到港既甜品, 滿滿既柚子味酸酸地, 正好同之前既海鮮互相呼應


蕃薯雪糕
無論味道同質感都非常似蕃薯, 好特別, 好鬼正!
