To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 經過見到依間新加坡餐廳,招牌寫住叻沙·海南雞飯,一於試試佢地既招牌菜。點了海鮮叻沙摻摻。叻沙既湯好濃,兩種麵條係入面,有好多海鮮,青口大蝦都非常新鮮。亦有晚餐set,點了海南雞飯套餐。主食揀左海南雞飯,仲包一個小食同埋飲品。海南雞很夠味,而且每一件都很嫩滑,配埋三款醬汁,正。黃油飯好香,食落唔會太油。仲有配咗清湯。小食選了豬頸肉,大大粒好厚肉,配沙嗲醬另外加錢要左個肉骨茶。藥材味好重好好味。但係配既油炸鬼太硬。野飲係桔仔特飲,有粒粒桔仔,不會太甜。食左餐又豐富又正宗既新加坡菜。
