To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

餐廳：川粵時空時尚小廚地址：觀塘駿業街66號巧運工業大廈一樓C室特色：特色高質麻辣菜，招牌菜包括老壇酸菜魚/麻辣水煮魚/水煮牛雜/香辣小龍蝦/等等，一定能夠滿足麻辣控既胃。🔱首先出場既系青筍炒臘肉🔱，臘肉外皮炒到金黃酥脆，內裡肉質鮮美可口，而且有少少麻辣既香氣！第二個推介既就系🔰川味紅燒肉🔰，系中意食辣既人既首選，D紅燒肉夠曬入味，完全同D辣椒麻油融為一體。💠麻辣口水雞💠就系都系必食之選，雞肉嫩滑，而且醬汁滋味。最後系🌐剁椒蒸魚頭🌐，上面鋪滿曬滿滿既蒜蓉同埋辣椒，真系好香口，越食越想吃。總括而言，性價比好高，值得下次再來食。食辣順便排濕氣，哈哈！
