To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一間很有水準的粤菜館

經朋友介紹首次光顧，果然名不虛傳，是一間很高水準的粤菜館。我們叫了－些點心包括傳統的春卷、燒賣、蝦蛟等，另外較特別的是蘋果义燒酥，各樣點心都做得很好味｡我們也叫了－份龍尾，廚師炆得很夠火喉，魚也很新鮮，味道非常好，絕對不油膩。它的糯米飯也做得非常有水準，吃落不油不硬，入口感覺非常爽和入味，絕對不是－般酒樓的貨色｡最後糖水也是超水準，合桃露和杏仁茶不太甜但卻很好味｡總的來說，食物質素和員工服務都好出色｡
