昨天去了北角,吃一頓懷舊的午餐。看食評跑上去鳳城酒家喝了個下午茶,吃了些點心。蝦多士覺得稍為油賦,豬潤燒賣非常精彩,最好味是那個灌湯餃,好耐冇響茶樓食到咁正宗的灌湯餃了。一般茶樓的都是浸在湯中,因為怕餃子皮太薄弄破了。香港這些古老的茶樓,大家應該多些去嘗試。
