To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

St Vaast第一次品嚐,邊位爽脆,淡淡的回甘味,不錯。
Fines De Clarie肉身偏長,同樣的清爽,如果可以配上一杯白酒就更好了。
Irish Rock海水味淡,亦是港人多接觸的品種,大至上講,頭四款蠔味都由淡漸至濃,真的很期待之後的另外三種生蠔。

大約到8點半,又是另一批生蠔出現,味道會偏向富海水味,又或是蠔味有餘韻的靚貨,今次是Speciale Cadoret、Black Pearl與及La Lune Oyster;Speciale Cadoret海水味開始湧現,蠔味濃郁,又有回甘,實在太正了。

刺身一向是餐廳強項,帶子更是必吃不可,肥美軟綿,解凍過程處理得相當好,毫無雪味,可說是城中自助餐中頭幾位。
象拔蚌更是少見於buffet中,很爽口彈牙,值得一試。
就連油甘魚、黃鰭吞拿魚、三文魚與甜蝦,都是新鮮可口,比起上半年的所謂名店好得多了。

由於生蠔的供應期只去到11月14日,難得可以一口氣幹掉七款新鮮生蠔,有如去了蠔吧走一轉,在香港的Buffet圈中的確少見。
