開業初期手忙腳亂去形容忙到要樓面同店長要壽司吧幫手有位眼鏡娘1.當啲呑拿魚蓉同海膽係泥膠咁初黎初去2.軍艦都可以包到咩黎咩稱有相為證3.每事問問到同事都寸佢一句唔好樣樣嘢都問4.帶住手套摸完支咪就摸返啲食物無啲衞生5.吞拿魚蓉黐住手套就彈手指彈落枱彈落地6.包個腐皮壽司都手震震咁7.成枱面都係飛魚子同吞拿魚蓉但唔抹其他細微嘢係我要求高,呢度唔講。然後見到幕奇景。其實壽司部通道唔係好闊係真,佢地同事搬黎搬去啲壽司都要讓前讓後。咁有位體形較矯健嘅同事踎低拎嘢再起身,點知就撞到後面兩生拎三碟壽司嘅日本師父。點解要講明佢係日本人呢?因為對住日本人咁多年我好少見有日本人係工作期間咁大力又公然地反同事眼……然後日本師父同佢同事道歉。咁事實又真係佢無開口提踎係度嗰個師父嘅…一單還一單其實其他人嘅服務一啲都唔差。食物質素其實都唔錯,不過佢係迴轉壽司所以期望唔太高,但食材方面開業初期暫時嚟講都唔差。有待觀察。補多句,食物質素佢比另一間連鎖經營嘅過江龍迴轉壽司較好。如果係差唔多嘅價錢,畀貴少少我會揀呢間多啲。
