今日三五知己去一個把酒暢談地方!食咩可送酒又好食,一定要食串燒呀!位於渡般街隱蔽串燒店,有好多位又不迫,慢慢吹水飲酒聖地。以木系做裝修非常古色古香,又夠冷氣。下午7時前入座(星期一至四)生啤買一送一呀!好抵飲呀佢燒出來d不黑,好靚仔地上碟,鹹鹹辣辣好開胃!啖啖牛香入口,非常鬆軟,微微焦香是下酒菜佳品。講到我之愛是燒白鳝,皮是乾脆,魚的肉質有肉汁及彈牙,配上剛好鰻魚汁,真是天衣無縫嘅配搭。啖啖蝦肉釀入腐皮卷入面燒,外脆內軟再加上秘製醬汁是一流享受。出面超市買未煮熟的豬肋骨都要過百,點知餐廳食都是這個價格,真心覺得好抵。而且好大件呀!朋友仔驚不夠飽肚,叫了碟炒飯好乾身,辣辣地不錯選擇。到最後我order 燒芝麻湯圓,平時食湯煮食得多,轉另一種烹調方法又另一種風味。個皮比較乾脆似麻薯。下次有機會會再幫襯!
