今日一行4人去完黃金海岸沙灘遊水,跟住去左屯門三聖買海鮮再去【泰海鮮】加工,侍應推薦左出面較小既煮法比我地如:「冬蔭公湯煮花甲」同「青山灣焗龍蝦」,大路煮法就有:「豉椒蟶子皇米粉底」、「香辣炒肉蟹」、「砵酒焗桶蠔」、「豉油王鮑魚」,另外加咗個海鮮湯,呢度加工水準一流,每款上枱的海鮮火喉十足🔥食材烹調恰到好處唔會煮到過熟,盡顯師傅功架, 個冬陰公煮花甲食倒花甲既鮮甜味外,冬陰公湯亦好惹味我到每人都飲左一碗tim, 個青山灣焗龍蝦釀左好多🧀芝士去焗做到外皮脆蝦肉爽滑,比傳統出面一般嘅芝士焗龍蝦嘅做法更勝一籌,其他海鮮菜式都係水準之作, 呢度厨房師傅手勢好, 加工價錢合理又公道,下次都會再嚟返兜。
