To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 屋企人生日食豪d!我地成家都鐘意食海鮮,而生日個位提出想去三聖食海鮮,我二話不說即刻去打電話book位!不過平日夜晚都仲有幾多空位,可能呢排暑假,好多人吾系香港。因為幾年前食過呢間,啲野整得幾好,所以再黎encore!海鮮系自己系留下啲海鮮檔買,買完自己拎上去酒樓,同酒樓啲人講點煮,酒樓按返重量收返加工費,另外茶芥加一呢啲都吾少得。個人感覺都無呃秤,4個人連埋買海鮮既錢total平均400-500蚊一個人。椒鹽賴尿蝦我地買吾到大隻賴尿蝦,不過都幾有肉,椒鹽味吾系好辣,幾惹味。酒樓有酒精濕紙巾同手套提供。蒜蓉粉絲蒸元貝元具大大粒,廚房有清腸清理得夠乾淨,蒜蓉同粉絲既量都夠多!豉椒炒蟶子 加煎米粉底第一次食炒米粉底,系酒樓職員建議,話加埋豉椒味一齊食幾正,又可以慳返吾洗叫白飯。米粉煎到一餅餅,撈埋豉椒汁食的確幾好味,無推介錯!蟶子炒得岩岩好,無炒到好老!
