To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日老遠去咗錦繡花園試咗呢一間裝修都幾靚嘅茶餐廳,叫咗經典西多士、花生醬多士,仲叫埋菠蘿冰同凍檸茶。第一樣想講嘅d野飲而唔係野食,仲要係凍檸茶而唔係菠蘿冰,因為呢間野嘅凍檸茶竟然係攪醉咗嘅檸檬,真係有驚喜。杯菠蘿冰都唔錯,懷舊feel,跟餐加$8 ok啦。跟住想講個經典西多士,佢係用三塊薄多士去整,中間搽咗花生醬,食落去唔會比用厚多士整嘅西多差,個廚師真聰明。花生醬多都係三層,不過略嫌花生醬太慳家,影響咗個整體感覺,如果搽多啲花生醬應該會再好味啲。
