十·一黃金週,同親戚們到上水體驗下「黃金週」既威力!果然,係有驚人既購買力!親戚們行到攰攰地,又到了食飯時間,就搵左上水比較有特色既日本料理試試--「漁匠料理」因為冇訂位,所以等左一陣先安排入座。一開始就叫左火炙吞拿魚腩壽司、牡丹蝦壽司、勁長既三文魚壽司火炙吞拿魚腩壽司-有陣陣既魚油味,一啲都唔漏海膽三文魚卷-嘩!有好大粒海膽啊~甜甜的鵝肝-呢道菜是因為聽到隔離檯講係限量供應,所以叫左兩客,鵝肝超正啊!入口即背融,塊蘿蔔煮得好入味~正!自己燒既扇貝-一啲都唔老,仲有香香既牛油味~另外既串燒-師傅燒到七成熟再俾我地自己燒^_^呢度值得一試既係牛舌,有咸香味,但又不會太咸!因為唔係太飽⋯所以叫左碗拉麵都表妹share,但湯底有點重味道巨峰爆珠梳打-比較特別既係佢既爆珠粒粒,入口爆開後陣陣提子味,如果小朋友飲應該會覺得幾特別最後要提既係呢味-鯛魚刺身!超鮮甜!即使唔蘸醬汁食亦可以(☆_☆)
