To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

行完PMQ周圍去搵食,就搵到這間價錢平民化的上海菜。地方不大,兩點多來到都要等位。入座後,便有熱茶(每位$5)及餐前小食($10)送上,微辣的花生令人開胃。小籠包($40/4隻),上枱熱度十足,厚薄適中的外皮可以承托著內邊爆滿的湯汁跟肉汁,湯汁又不太油膩,而且帶有肉的鮮甜味。西洋菜餛飩($65/8隻),是季節限定的,每隻餛飩都包得似金元寶般,很飽滿,西洋菜份量比豬肉多,所以食多幾隻都不覺膩,鐘意食西洋菜的朋友一定喜歡。炸春卷($32),炸得香脆的春卷皮包著豬肉絲,津白及白菇,十分香口。蔥油開陽煨麵($65),這個麵只用油爆香蔥跟蝦米再用高湯煮香,沒有其他的配菜,感覺很單調,但我就是喜歡它的蔥油香,跟幼身的上海麵很配合。
