今日朋友帶我到這間上海菜老店詠藜園,裝修都很老店風,價錢仍然很相宜。小籠包4 隻$45, 皮十分薄,餡料足,肉汁滿滿,湯汁清而不膩。招牌菜四川擔擔麵分傳統口味及改良版,改良版會多些肉碎,辣度可自由選擇,湯底有濃郁花生香,麵條爽滑而充滿蛋香。酸辣抄手,一碗有8粒,抄手皮薄肉餡飽滿,如果酸辣湯可以再濃稠一點會更好。生煎包,生煎包外皮底部煎得金黃香脆,充滿芝麻香,剛剛煎起,熱辣辣,好味。泡椒雞,麻香四溢的特製泡椒醬汁淋在去骨的雞肉上,微味道辣開胃。
