To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這次和朋友去了上環的一家特色點心餐廳「飲茶」，平常吃的叉燒包和奶黃包都變成了可愛的版本，適合拍照打卡鳳梨酥 $49鳳梨酥做成小鳥的形狀，放在一個迷你小籠子裡，看起來很可愛，外皮鬆軟，裡面的鳳梨餡又酸又甜筍尖鮮蝦餃 $59大隻的鮮蝦餃，皮薄餡美味，裡面的蝦肉飽滿，味道鮮甜。流沙奶黃包 $49招牌的奶黃包，造型非常特別，還可以拍攝「嘔奶」Moment～裏面的奶黃餡奶香濃厚，趁熱吃較好吃。櫻花蝦燒賣 $68燒賣一共有四顆，上面撒滿了櫻花蝦，燒賣肉質爽口有彈性一籠八戒 $49這叉燒包做成了一隻豬的樣子，外皮和叉燒內餡的比例恰到好處，叉燒的味道甜甜的魚香茄子春卷 $42用魚香茄子做內餡，春卷外脆內軟，口感有驚喜鮮菌冬茸羹 $55冬茸羹味道清淡，加入了鮮菌粒，吃起來有點口感芝士海蝦伊麵 $138一上桌就聞到濃郁的芝士香味，五隻大海蝦放在伊麵上，被芝士醬汁包裹，確實是茶樓吃到的風味
