Restaurant: Little Hanoi

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本身最愛越南菜,中上環一帶的越南菜都試得差不多。但這間在上環小巷子內的Little Hanoi絕對是抵食之選。午飯時間餐廳外排了人龍,但餐廳有上下兩層,而且出菜速度相當快,所以排隊時間大約在15分鐘左右,很合理。試過他家的各種套餐,前菜可選蒜香雞翼或青木瓜沙律,個人較愛雞翼,煮得非常入味。  主菜通常我會選河粉,但今次想試試撈檬如何,原來都有驚喜! 撈檬份量足夠,檬粉上鋪滿燒得好香的豬頸肉,68蚊這個價錢來說再找不到更抵食。個人認為,他的撈檬比湯粉更加抵食,老板和老板娘兩個都是越南人,而且服務態度一流! 論價錢論食物質素,Little Hanoi應該是我在上環食lunch的頭十名之內。
