To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在上環工作的打工人平日裡不缺美食，這家車仔麵絕對是美食之一，成日見到店外大排長龍，生意十分紅火。所有車仔麵即叫即做，免不了等位時間，長則半小時，但好在味道值得。所有配菜就是普通的車仔麵，價格還算合理。湯底分為三種口味：腩汁、麻辣、咖哩，三種味道都不錯。麻辣口味偏辣，咖哩味道濃郁，腩汁比較偏鮮，都是很容易入口的。因為即叫即做，所以麵都是煮到恰到好處，配菜隨便選，都還不錯，尤其推薦咖哩滷味，十分有特色。
