上星期同左幾個朋友上去幫襯,我地一人叫左一道main 同埋starter 然後share 住黎食,其有幾道菜的質素令人眼前一亮: 1. Beef Rossini : 我地叫左Rare, 主廚係牛扒嘅外層做左輕微封邊,令肉汁鎖住係內部。估計鵝肝都做左乾煎。牛扒加埋鵝肝再配上佢地自己調配嘅薯配醬汁味道非常夾。可惜餐廳仲申請緊酒牌,如果唔係嘅話開埋支紅酒就very good 了2. Pork Chop: 豬扒臨近半肥瘦位置,唔會有”鞋”口嘅感覺。另外夾埋配菜一齊食非常香口3. Duck leg confit: 佢應該係用grill 嘅方式烹調,做到外脆內嫩,另外個portion 都唔細,可以一齊開心share因為我自己唔係咁好生牛肉(對生牛肉無咩好感),如果有鍾意食生牛肉嘅朋友仔可以試下佢地嘅beef tartare, 我d 朋友試過都話唔錯 In general, 係上環區要搵到間環境清靜,可以chill 住dining 嘅餐廳唔多。當然佢價錢絕對唔算平,但係以servicing ,餐廳環境同埋食物質素黎講算係物有所值
