To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次去到上環一間日系風格餐廳——稍息。餐廳內以日式復古風設計，營造舒適既氛圍。餐點以日系主食輕食為主，如果你係雀仔胃及輕食主義既人，則非常適合京蔥牛柳壽喜燒汁忌廉蓋飯牛柳燒得非常好，肉質結實，牛味濃郁，搭配壽喜燒汁的甜味，令整個菜層次更豐富。蓋飯上加入左日本溫泉蛋，配埋忌廉蓋飯，口感非常濃厚手打北海道和牛芝士漢堡咖喱蛋包飯呢個蛋包飯係限量供應，和牛漢堡肉質軟嫩，和牛味很重。炒蛋嫩滑，而且份量亦算大份，配搭的日式咖喱汁帶出先甜後辣的口感，非常特別Wonderland (熊仔糖特調）飲品混合咗熱情果、橙、菠蘿汁，口感非常清新，飲落好似飲緊熊仔糖飲品咁，再加上面頭上面嘅熊仔糖串，視覺味覺有着雙重嘅非一般享受
