To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

和家人慶祝生日,預訂了一台,沒想到是趕鴨式的糟糕體驗。晚上6:30到達,被告知需要八時交枱,有點錯愕。(訂枱是沒有通知此安排。)想說生意難做,餐廳需要返枱,所以也配合。沒想到,體諒是沒用,服務一般,上菜速度很慢。我們訂了五斤半的阿拉斯加長腳蟹(套餐是包四斤半,另外加錢約$280 ),7:25才上蟹。此時服務員已提醒要八時前交枱。我們告訴他們還有四道菜未上,但店員並沒有給予體諒。然後7:30一次上了三樣菜(包括鮑魚扣花菇、脆皮醬烤雞、櫻花花蝦海皇炒飯),7:45再上壽包。半小時內,拼命式吃完以上四樣菜實在不可能,想說付錢買難受,體驗真的很糟糕。是家人生日,也不想破壞氣氛。最後我們自己帶過去的蛋糕也原封不動帶回家切。埋單4500多元.或許市道很差,酒樓想多做生意,但如此的體驗,多少明白為什麼愈來愈多人不想留港消費。海港海鮮酒家,老實說食物質素不差(當然價格也不便宜),但這種的體驗不會再光顧了
