To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢個配搭好新奇,紅豆沙配魚柳包,一個中式一個西式。但竟然係香港嘅快餐店搵到個咁奇怪嘅下午茶組合。係呢個天水圍區,下午茶嘅時間原來都滿座嘅,但係等位就唔算等左好耐,好快就有位。個包比我想像中嘅好味,同麥叔叔嘅魚柳包好唔同,勝在炸得夠脆,而且真係覺得佢係魚嚟嘅,亦都剛剛炸起熱辣辣,連個包都係熱嘅。平時食紅豆沙都係酒樓多,係同酒樓食嘅有少少分別,就係冇咁傑,似係屋企阿媽煲嘅紅豆沙,但係再加左多啲糖既感覺。$26一個奇怪下午茶組合,想奇怪下嘅時候都唔錯嘅
