To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 很久已知道此店有揾食肥華,至愛的菜乾豬肺湯供應,但要成$48盅,直係唔捨得飲,不過在7月31日下午,肥華路過此店,發現此店有個,菜乾豬肝湯特價餐,衹收$36蚊一客,肥華隨即急Call靚媽,收工後到此店,食嘢,飲湯,一如肥華所料,今日呢兩盅豬肺湯冇令肥華失望,夠料夠火路,加上靚媽所點個碟,$28蚊嘅雞柳炒烏冬,鑊氣十足,味道亦佳,本來呢餐真係冇乜得彈,但此店供給顧客使用之調味用品,卻過份吝嗇,不是每枱都有,衹有水吧枱面,才有辣椒醬和胡椒粉及鹽供顧客共用,令到肥華要對此店,好評扣分‼️
