To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 仲記得嗰晚係聖誕前夕🎀，諗住一家人慶祝去食片皮鴨，一心諗住揀間比較多人推介嘅餐廳，點知睇咗好多間都full哂，本身都諗住都冇望，點知上OpenRice誤打誤撞搵到呢間，去到竟然冇乜人食，而且環境都好大，坐得又舒服，唔使出去同人逼。最記得最出色嘅係京燒排骨架🦴，味道甜酸甜酸，好開胃，而且肉質好軟糯。其次係二人餐裏面嘅咕嚕魚塊，因為平時小編都唔係太鍾意咕嚕肉，但係變咗係魚塊味道好夾，好出色。片皮鴨🦆唔算好出色，但係過吓口癮都唔錯嘅，份量都幾多。佢哋嘅小食都一啲都唔馬虎，平時出面嘅雞絲粉皮好多地方都差唔多，但係呢度嘅粉皮非常之彈牙，小編食唔停呀，所以佢嘅價錢都有少少貴🤑。整體嚟講呢間性價比好高如果平時喺出面想食片皮鴨，又唔會追求一啲比較多人食嘅餐廳，呢間都係比較小眾啲嘅，不妨去試吓，值得推介👍🏻因為都有好幾間分店
