To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

突然想食越南嘢，經過見到哩間有人排隊等，應該唔錯～雖然入面比較細，位置唔多，但檯下面有個掛鉤，可以勾住個袋，方便好多～唔駛攬住個袋食嘢...叫左個雞絲湯檬，由於當晚河粉已經賣曬，只有檬粉，加錢轉蝦頭蝦膏湯底，有寫明話係辣ge，真係幾辣下.......個蝦頭蝦膏湯底幾濃味，唔錯，另外有青檸辣椒比客人自己加落去，加左青檸好清新。檬粉係好幼身ge，唔錯，另外要講下雞絲，雞絲比想像中有雞味，意料之外！飲左杯鹹檸七，個杯幾得意～差不多食完ge時候，見到隔離塊香茅豬扒好似好正，仲好香，下次要試一試。
