自從入左咖啡坑後,除左會去唔同既咖啡店試下唔同咖啡之餘,自己閒時都會玩下手沖咖啡,不過就真係得半桶水,朋友話組隊去「啡人前」體驗下兩小時既咖啡tasting,即刻舉手話去啡人前係由咖啡師 Alex 主理,見Alex手上紋了「啡人」就感受到佢對咖啡既熱誠真係無人能及,「啡人前」係來自日本食店一人前的意思,客人係啡人面前享受咖啡,藉著咖啡互相連繫兩個鐘既tasting,先由淺焙、中焙再到深焙,Alex會細心講解每款咖啡豆既產地來源,處理手法,之後會提及到乾香,啜吸時既味道當中最深刻既係Ethiopia 既深烘焙豆,因為平時好少手沖會飲深焙豆,聞落燶味好強烈,但飲落係完全無燶味但都幾苦下自己都係比較鍾意南美洲豆,哥斯達黎加,巴拿馬,Geisha既花香果香我都幾喜歡短短兩小時我地試左11款豆,仲可以自己試下玩手沖,揀自己鍾意既濾杯,手沖壺,最後連虹吸式咖啡都玩埋,真係好好玩同學左好多野,多謝Alex既指教
