今日嚟到太古行街街有大收穫之後見肚仔餓餓就入咗반찬앤쿡 Banchan and Cook,之前喺時代食過原來呢邊都有間,不過佢就自助型式大家食完坐低傾吓偈幾chill~~今次都係食佢個蛋包飯玫瑰醬芫荽大蝦蛋包飯,繼續都係咁靚仔嘅蛋包飯一切開入面係半熟滑滑嘅狀態,玫瑰醬味道似白醬個色就粉粉哋,另一款係墨汁大蝦魚籽意粉,墨汁醬偏濃偏厚身,份量都好大碟呀!跟住到呢個燒醬油黑毛豬白切肉配大醬生菜,黑毛豬白切肉厚厚一塊,夾住泡菜蒜頭青辣椒,再用生菜包住入口清爽得嚟唔會太油膩,最鍾意食呢一種配搭一啖滿滿的。最後係甜紅蘿蔔園Oreo 慕絲蛋糕,成個造型就係一個紅蘿蔔盆栽,面頭會有紅蘿蔔朱古力,泥土就用Oreo碎造成,底部就係慕絲蛋糕,成個型好可愛☺️
