To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大尾篤真係好少去,踩單車由大圍踩去大尾篤,兩個鐘消耗了不少體力。唔知食乜好,一場嚟到又想食下大尾篤嘅食店,就選擇了呢一間。6:00開門,未到5:45已經有十幾二十多人等待,相對旁邊另一間泰國菜館,一個人都冇等,好大嘅對比。。。咖哩青口有一個火爐跟上,咖哩及椰香味徐徐飄出,十分吸引。味道是偏辣的, 本身唔係太食得辣,但都食到唔停口釀雞翼雞全翼完全起骨,裡面釀了一些好似是薯蓉及不知還有什麼,啖啖肉,雞翼尖都香脆。炒通菜菠蘿特飲 有普通菠蘿、大樹菠蘿,仲有橙汁。 味道酸酸甜甜,解辣一流串燒牛肉沙嗲醬好香,有細細花生粒,就咁食沙爹醬都好好味。牛肉厚身,有肉汁,燒熟了亦不乾。烤餅有奶蘇香味,配咖哩,絕配!椰汁糕絕對不會後悔,即使飽到上心口,仍然要叫呢個甜品。上枱時候是熱的,加上濃香椰漿, 為這一餐畫上完美句號。
