To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有一段時間 每逢週六好鍾意去元氣壽司晚餐，覺得佢平、靚、正。今天在綠楊商場見到元氣壽司，正是午餐時段，但不需要排隊啊！點了吞拿魚腩壽司樣子一般，不是很鮮 很肥美那種，口感一般。炙燒長鰭吞拿魚配柚子胡椒，只吃到柚子味，沒什麼魚味。鰻魚迷你丼$30.00 超迷你啊！二、三口便吃完，味道還可以，但份量實在太少。炸蝦卷連頭就很差，午餐時段的出品都好像蝦炸了很久，稔啤啤，不復當年勇！軟殼蟹手卷 過得去啦，今次再吃實在有點失望。
