To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我們一行四人,甫坐下便送給我們一碟子薑糖心皮蛋和料足好味的湯(少/無味精)。加上座位寬闊,服務細心,給我們留下了極佳的第一印象。可是,他們的招待有點硬銷,以及默契不足。如經理推介我們吃竹節蝦,說它味鮮,肉比龍蝦還多,我們已婉拒了。過了一會,另一經理又來推銷此蝦,之後又有侍應再推,我媽還差點被他們說服了,好在我堅拒不要。我覺得他們的推銷有點過火。不過他們確有細心的一面,如親切客氣的服務態度、時常替我們斟茶及換碟。我寫此食評的主因都是希望大家勿被經理的三言兩語、油腔滑舌說服,而叫了一些「貴價唔飽,好味但無需要」的食物。點了多款的餃子和丸子,款式新穎、健康和隨喜好雙併或三併(不用加錢),然而味道普通,我女友還說:「粒粒差唔多味。」喜好牛的食客應該滿意此店的本地手切雪花肥牛($138),牛肉味濃、有咬口、雪花多和份量足(一大碟),抵吃。本地雪花牛脷($88),少片、雪花多。女友話:「口感似脆口的鵝肝,味道有朕淡淡的牛羶味(我厭牛味不足)。」但我爸話似豬膶。此店亦有很多其他牛類食物,如日本A5級和牛、澳洲牛肉粒。整體感覺是十分的舒服輕鬆,就是因為其細心服務。最為驚喜的那帳單,差不多$1000!心
