平時逢週末黎元氣壽司午飯已經成為一家人樂聚天倫的節目之一,今天趁國慶假期工人姐姐放假,車車壽司又係時候開動啦!我地今次遲左少少出門口,黎到攞28號飛,卡位冇曬只有吧枱,照殺!黎到元氣必定要食吓刺身呀,軍艦壽司呀咁,真係食到厭啦,由於坐吧枱關係,鄰桌食客所點的火炙壽司經列車一碟碟在面前高速擦身而過,令我試一試很多未曾點過的火炙壽司!火炙壽司不外乎係用火槍彈一彈件壽司令到佢半生熟,但又真係有畫龍點睛之效,令活生生的刺身增多一個層次!值得一提係火炙澳洲牛,薄薄的澳洲肥牛比火炙一炙,果浸獨特油脂芳香真係齒頰留香,令人一識難忘!仲有炙燒牛油熟帶子,牛油味美妙至極!炙燒赤海老,大大隻海蝦加上牛油炙一炙,鮮味爆曬燈!火炙壽司系列真係唔可以低估,令只吃熟食的朋友多一個選擇,值得推介俾大家!
