屏山老地方果然係肉餅王款式多不在話下仲有好多新奇配搭crossover 芝士、芒果、榴連....不過同行食友膽細唔敢食太新奇咁一於食返傳統款式啦!2個人咩都想試咁一於咩都叫黎試下啦!鹹魚雞粒煎肉餅飯肉餅厚度適中並唔係薄過紙又唔係厚過電話薄,煎後仍有肉汁。飯落水多左少少變得比較淋無左咬口,由於係即叫即整所以熱度足夠。蘿蔔冬菇肉碎銀針粉𥄫晒全場都唔見有人食銀針粉但又好鬼想食本住搏一搏又比我搏到喎,湯底夠晒味加埋辣菜莆就更good fit!唯一要扣分既係比較多油。蒜爆雞軟骨如果要比較呢個就失色啦,炸得唔夠乾味道唔吸引止口痕就可以。吉列蝦堡牛角包由於個包係食到中段先到所以排到尾先食,去到呢個moment其實個胃已經無位放...唯有盡最後努力放埋入去,咬第一口就後悔點解唔第一時間食因為原本鬆脆既牛角包開始有少少淋,咬每一啖都食到蝦肉,值得再食!椰汁沙冰椰汁味濃郁啖啖透心涼。
