古早蛋糕開到大街小巷都係,但有幾多間真係好好食呢🤔?不過公道啲講,普遍都唔會難食得去邊嘅,始終佢係焗蛋糕嘛,主要分別在於你會唔會回頭再幫襯啫!正正因為上述原因,我繼續尋覓緊會令我回頭嘅蛋糕,目前只得兩間,其他均屬一試無妨嘅水平而已🤭。呢日去開太子買涼麵,就順便試埋「阿嫲現烤手工蛋糕 」。男店主咁啱巡緊舖,佢見狀隨即向我介紹👍。呢度嘅口味選擇都幾多,有個別口味零舍特別,咁就當然唔可以錯過啦!價錢都係咁上下,介乎$50-$80一件不等,呢度亦有半件賣的。由於臨近中秋節🥮,唔請同事食月餅都請同事食番件餅啦,所以我一口氣買咗三件同大家分享。以蛋糕消耗嘅速度,就知佢有幾好食!金叵羅($80/件),呢隻口味係阿嫲獨家,店主話整金叵羅最花時間,因為要同時有三個人喺短時間內將啲食材加埋一齊。死啦會唔會爆咗人哋商業秘密出嚟🙈。蛋糕餡料主要由土鳳梨蓉同麻糬拔絲組成,上面一格格嗰啲就係鳳梨酥皮。我嘅感覺係將古早蛋糕同鳳梨酥Crossover,蛋糕本身不乏濃濃蛋香🥚,而中間層餡料則同蛋糕超夾,毫無違和感。本身驚麻糬會好奇怪同唔搭調,點知食落勁過癮,好好食😋。呢隻麻糬即係而家好興畀你自行DIY撈芝麻花生嗰種。鳳
